Serbia, Belgrade, the 90s. The outbreak of war in Croatia caused a surge in crime in Serbia, where war profiteers thrive.
The main character, Sasha Gordic (Vuk Kostic), is a talented shooter who followed in the footsteps of his older brother, Igor Gordic (Srdjan Todorovic), the 1991 European junior shooting champion. However, Igor voluntarily went to war, from which he returned as a drug addict. In order to have money to repay the debt to the local dealer, Igor is forced to sell off the property left to them by their parents, which Sasha doesn't like at all. Instead, he decides to take revenge on everyone who ruined his brother's life.
Sasha decides on a desperate move—he replaces his air rifle with a sniper rifle, wanting to end the daily humiliations.
