South Wind

The South Wind depicts contemporary Belgrade through the lens of a specific segment of its population. This is about the underworld, members of the so-called "underworlds" that tell a primarily realistic story about a series of failures of the "little" man in a harsh environment. They say it's an instructive story aimed at young people in Serbia, told through the intertwined destinies of their peers and all those who made the wrong choice in their desire for a better life.

The series picks up where the first film ends, following the life of young criminal Petar Maraš behind bars. After his sentence is suddenly shortened, Petar Maraš is released from prison, but instead of rejoining the Tsar and his crew, he starts a private business reselling used cars.

Taking Marash's move as a whim that will end very quickly, the Emperor focuses his attention on the agreement with Dimitr, who, along with Stupar, with Red's support, begins a new deal with a Bolivian drug cartel whose cocaine will be flown to Serbia, where, according to the established pattern, Tsar himself is supposed to ensure its smooth transportation to Western Europe. A job that is inherently very risky becomes even more dangerous when the Montenegrin clan, which, under the leadership of Vaja, had until that moment dominated the cocaine market, also learns about it.
