This is the story of events within the powerful law firm Kolar and their public and secret collaborators who became entangled in a web of crime and lies.
Six years have passed since the death of Sasha Kolar, one of the owners of the law firm and the husband of Ana Kolar, in the fire at the Jedini Izlaz club. Immediately after the sentence was handed down to the club owner, where, in addition to Sasha, 12 other young people perished, Ana received an email from an unknown sender with a video in which she sees her dead husband. He suspected he was alive and that the whole story about his death was a setup.
Without hesitation, Ana sets out to find him and uncovers information that only confirms her suspicions. Simultaneously, the sudden death of his daughter's best friend draws Inspector Dejan Štrbac into a chain of crimes that began with the mysterious disappearance of a young lawyer 6 years ago. As everything works against them, the two heroes begin a joint search for the truth, which confronts them with a web of lies, blackmail, and murder, as well as dark secrets from their own pasts.
The only way out is the first authentic Serbian Hitchcockian thriller series that keeps the viewer in suspense until the very end: until the end, it successfully and unpredictably plays with the well-known crime standard according to which everyone is a suspect, and the culprit is the one we least suspect. In this story, we're not looking for the culprit, but who is the least guilty!
