In the boiling city of Belgrade, a maniac kills three women in an extremely cruel, ritualistic manner. The victims are united by their free-spirited lifestyle and the fact that they are mothers of sons. The sons have no fathers.

The series follows Inspector Nikola (Goran Bogdan), a former hooligan, who must confront his dark past and all its secrets in order to uncover a maniacal killer. The closer he gets to the investigation, the more certain he becomes that something essential connects him and the killer. This is a story about sin and desire, about love and hate, this is a story about friendship built on crime and secrets.
