Zone of the Dead 2: Return, Zone is a Serbian film from 2017 directed by Jug Radivojević and based on a screenplay by Ivana and Miroslav Mitić, written based on the motifs of the book Zona Zamfirova, about what happened after Dušica Milanović Marika.
Zona and Mane cannot have children, and their ideal marriage is disrupted by Kalina, who, although married, is still in love with Mane.
This film, although made by a different director, with a completely different team, and based on the motives of a contemporary writer, is intended as a sequel to Zdravko Šotra's 2002 film Zona Zamfirova, which was based on the motifs of the novel of the same name by Stevan Sremac.
